Project Scope
Romsons has more than 20 Branch Offices and Distributors all over India. There was a need to synchronize the information of all the locations at the head office in an optimal manner. A total ERP Solution was then conceived for the organization with the aim of integrating all the activities of Branch Offices and Head Office. A Admin Module was implemented at the Head Office to administer the Production, HRM, Accounts, Inventory and sales at all the locations. A Branch Module was implemented at all the Branch Offices to feed their Sales and other Accounting data. All the Sales and accounts summaries of the Branches are updated at the Head Office daily in the offline mode, thus saving a load of Communication Cost. A Web space is the storage media in the whole process in which data is encrypted using MD 512-bit algorithm. Using the same process in other direction, Head office can update new items and schemes etc. at the Branch Offices. The solution has enabled Romsons to have a direct centralized control over its Branch Offices and Distributors.
